Only Regulated Licensed Immigration Consultants or lawyers are allowed to represent you with your immigration or citizenship application and can communicate with the Government of Canada on your behalf. Be aware, if you use an unauthorized representative, in Canada or abroad, IRCC may return your application or refuse it. Please choose your representative carefully. Asistus is a leading Immigration Consultancy company consisting of licensed Canadian Immigration Consultants. Each of whom are in good standing as licensees with The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Our RCICs are authorized by the Canadian government to represent you with your Immigration requirements.

When we submit your application, you will not have access to your application from the IRCC Portal. All applications are submitted through the IRCC Authorized Representative Portal rather than the client portal. You will have access to all your information through our system. At Asistus, we update our clients on all IRCC notifications within 3 business days, with exceptions in rare cases requiring priority documentation review, which generally takes no longer than 5 business days.

The final decision lies with the Canadian Immigration officer, and Asistus cannot guarantee approval or predict processing times. However, we maintain a proven quality control process to ensure your application is correct and complete. If an application is refused, we will review the reasons and guide you on the necessary steps forward. A refusal does not mean you cannot pursue your application further.
