No, our immigration medical exam requires payment at the time of service and is not eligible for insurance submission. However, your insurance may cover vaccinations, lab tests, imaging tests, or subsequent medical treatments not included in the immigration medical exam, depending on your policy.

Only a health professional authorized by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a civil surgeon can perform the I-693 Immigration Medical Exam. Providers at both locations of Revive Community Health are authorized by USCIS for this service.
help_outline What happens after completing the Immigration Medical Exam?
Once the physician has completed the immigration medical exam, they will recommend any required vaccinations or treatments if your infectious disease test results are positive. They will also complete your I-693 Form and vaccination records, which will be sealed in an envelope.
