USCIS started to issue 5-year work permits for asylum seekers from October 1, 2023. This change applies to both initial work permits and renewals.

After approval, you can visit a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center (MMTC) to purchase your medical marijuana as per the recommendations provided by your physician.
