What if I am transferring in from another U.S. School?

You must inform your current DSO to transfer your SEVIS record to Texas State University.

When will I receive my I-20 after I apply?

You will receive email instructions on how to request your I-20 after acceptance.

What if there is an error on the I-20 I received?

Notify ISSS immediately to correct your I-20, especially if it affects your visa.

How can I register for classes and pay my fee for tuition?

You must meet with an Academic or Faculty Advisor before registering, and tuition can be paid online after registration.

Once I get my Visa, when can I travel to Texas State?

You can enter the U.S. no more than 30 days before the start date on your I-20.

Do I have to attend Check-In and Resource Fair?
